My company utilizes both the Zoho CRM and Zoho Support applications. Our Zoho Support module can successfully import contact and account information from Zoho CRM. However, none of our employees are able to view the Support tickets in Zoho CRM. We have set up the support integration, and I have selected and authorized which employees (including myself) that are allowed to view the support tickets. However, under the Support section in any particular account, it says “ Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are not able to fetch data from Zoho Support. Please write to support@zohocrm.com”. These accounts do have support tickets associated with them in the Zoho Support module. For example account ABC in Zoho support will have a support ticket. However, the support ticket for account ABC will not be viewable within Zoho CRM. Why might this be occuring, and how do we remedy it? Having our sales personnel be able to view support tickets is of the utmost importance to us.
