Zoho support is ignoring me

Zoho support is ignoring me

2 days ago i purcahsed an email adress.  I registered correctly but i got the incorrect display. 

I registered info@band-coach and instead i got inf@band-coach

I contacted support inmediately and to the date i ve send 4 emails including on to cancellation department and I had zero replies.  Nothing.  I ve even call Panama zoho support...they said all engeniers were busy and that they would call back.  Again, nothing.

I cannot launch my product with the incorrect email adress, but still no one at Zoho is giving me an answer.  This is very frustrating.  Please someone at Zoho help me fix this issue or just return my money.
