Zoho Support New UI Performance

Hi all,

I'm just curious to get a general consensus. I have been using the new Zoho Support interface for a while now, and the interface itself is a great improvement over the previous one. Nicely done Zoho!

What I'm interested in finding out iat this juncture is whether the performance has been the same, for those who switched, since the new interface has been released. Switching back to the old interface, everything is very snappy. On the new one, everything seems sluggish.
In certain instances, especially when performing repetitive configuration tasks (Like creating and modifying target SLAs). That seems to bog down the browser, until I eventually I get a script error, asking me if I'd want to continue or stop the script.

Is this something that anyone else is seeing? I'm using Firefox for the support portal, but honestly, I don't mind using anything that improves the performance. (I'm on a mac, so I have Firefox, Chrome and Safari available)

From philosophical point of view: I'd take performance over eye candy any day, especially on the back end of things. For the customers, yes, I would want it as "pretty" and user friendly as possible.

Would love to hear what others' experience is regarding this topic.
