Zoho Support Telephony Twilio Configuration

Zoho Support Telephony Twilio Configuration

I set up my Twilio configuration just as the instructions say in the following article: https://www.zoho.com/support/help/twilio-integration.html#Configure_Twilio

Every time I try calling my Twilio number it says an application error has occurred. I contacted Twilio and included my Account SID, Auth Token and Application SID generated by Zoho. I also verified in my Twilio account that the TwiML generated by Zoho for Zoho Support Integration had the same Application SID as was listed in my Zoho account before I sent my request to Twilio's support.

Twilio's support team responded saying:
"If you have a closer look at any of them, you would see that Twilio is trying to fetch HTML from the request URL specified in your Zoho Support Twilio Integration app :
https://support.zoho.com/ctiapi/xml/cticall/twilio?authtoken=____________" (I do not want to post the auth token for security purposes. BUT it is a completely different auth token than the one I input in zoho support- I don't know where Zoho generated this auth token from for this URL)

Twilio Support message continued:
"It looks like the Auth token that is used in the request above is different from the auth token your sent in your initial email to us. Could it be that you specified a wrong Auth token in you Zoho settings, thus causing Zoho rejecting Twilio connection attempts? I am not too familiar with Zoho CRM set up with Twilio, as it is a third-party company for us, but do let us know if there is anything you think I can further help you here. I would also recommend contacting Zoho support, as Twilio does it's part here in connecting your calls, but our requests are being rejected on Zoho's side. They will also have more visibility on what is the right URL address to send the calls to, so they will not reject them."

I have tried contacting ZohoSupport via chat and e-mail already with no response it's been 5 hours. Can somebody please contact me so we can get this straightened out?
