Zoho Survey Enhancements
We love Survey. We use it a ton. It needs some enhancements. Maybe some of these are already on the roadmap?
- API - this is crucial. We have some complex surveys that take place and need to update records, trigger other functions/automations, etc. I would love to get a response based on some other trigger in CRM too. The deluge editor in Survey is so limited, and testing is a bear.
- Sandbox - we often have live surveys that we want to make changes to. A sandbox where we can make these without having to fenagle visibility rules would be huge.
- Internal Comments - allow us to make an internal comment that the client can't see. An example right now would be "This question is used in the trigger function". These are permanent, not the review max length of 7 days comments.
- Admin controls - similar to those in Books. For example, if a question is used in a function allow us to see that so if we need to change it we can. Or it could just be visible in the question interface if mentioned in the trigger function.
