Zoho Survey Issue in Syncing with Google Sheet and Zoho Sheet

Been having this problem for the last couple of weeks. 

I'm receiving an error when trying to sync Google Sheet and Zoho Sheet. 

Errors are Bad Error and reach out to zoho support.
