I want to ask for advice on a use case to determine how I can recreate this in Zoho Survey or Forms. 

We would like to send online onboarding forms for various needs. We usually send it one respondent at a time. When we send these forms, at many times, people don’t complete them immediately. 

Our current system has a default process where it sends a reminder to the respondent every 3 days, until they complete or for a max 30 days. 

In Zoho Survey, it looks like I can create reminders while I am sending each email. There is a system limitation of max 3 reminders will be sent out. I am OK with the max limit. But the process involves too many clicks to create reminder. Can this either be automated or set as a default option? 

I tried this is forms, but support confirmed that Zoho forms does not have the capability to send out periodic reminders. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can seamlessly send the form and the periodic reminders can be set up?
