Zoho Survey - Users access in my Zoho One Organization

Zoho Survey - Users access in my Zoho One Organization

Hi,
I've setup zoho Survey in my organization and now we are part of Zoho One.
Even if i have granted access to my users in Zoho One, to Zoho SURVEY, they cannot access some of the forms. Here is a printscreen of my actual member.
