I currently use salesforce, but I and my colleauges want to make the change to Zoho this week.  However, one of the most important functions to me is daily task-reminders, and I cannot figure out how it is that Zoho sends those reminders to the end user.  I put in a "trial" lead yesterday, and scheduled a task for today, but when I signed in this morning there was no reminder to speak of.

There is a tick-box for an email reminder, but that is not what I am looking for.  Is there a way of simply getting tasks for the day to pop-up, or can the reminder only be sent to my person email?  Lastly, when creating a task, I cannot find how to put a "start time" to the task.  When I am done creating the task, the task line does indeed show a "start date/time" field, but it is blank since there seems to be no field to choose from to fill in while creating the task itself.

I only have the free version right now, but that is just so I can figure out some of these issues before upgrading at the end of the week.
