Trying to come up with a better solution for managing files within our company.

It'd be absolutely amazing if we could have a section in a CRM record for Zoho Drive.  You can create a doc/sheet/presentation within their record.  The docs belong to the record, so you can organize all of your files right in your CRM.  Prefer to take notes in a Zoho doc?  Have special pricing spreadsheets for certain customers?  Want to keep all of your custom sales presentations in one place for that customer?  It's all right in their CRM record.

Then, within Team Drive there is folder auto-created call CRM.  Inside, there's a folder of docs for every record of your CRM. So you'd see a folder for XYZ company, and within that are all the docs, notes, sheets, presentations you've created within that record.

This gives you two ways to organize, edit, and find documents tied to your CRM records.  CRM becomes a central place for document management for all your vendors, prospects, clients, etc.
