Zoho Teaminbox and Zoho CRM
Hi, I see you have a new feature to associate emails in teaminbox to crm in a related list
I would be great if you could add a picker in teaminbox so teaminbox users could manually associate an email thread to a CRM contact (lookup field) while staying in teaminbox. This is so threads that are not associated with that email thread could be one time associated to a contact, lead, or a custom module record. Sometimes operational teams associate an email based on a specific case, and not always an email rule.
