One of our users in the field starting getting the following error this morning:  XML document structures must start and end with the same entity.  Screenshot of his error attached.

Nothing has changed with our app.  The users use the app to pull up existing records and update with inspection data.  The fill in a few fields and upload pictures as needed.

Other users are having no issues.  I've had this user reinstall the app, etc.  He's on a recent iPhone.

I've submitted a request to support early this morning but have heard nothing back yet so I thought I'd check here.
