Please advise
- Why this post is flagged as "Reported Spam"?

- Why zoho support staff have not reviewed this item in the last 6 days?
The User "DB Admin" whose was the post above has told me
that any of his subsequent posts are being flagged as "awaiting
moderation" and he has numerous such posts. He has apparently
also emailed support and has received no reply to this problem, nor
any of his other emails to zoho support.
Please therefore advise if a post is reported as spam:
- If that immediately stops any of the users subsequent posts from showing?
- What mechanisms are in place for zoho staff to check these
reported spam items and how regularly your staff are supposed to
review them?
- What mechanisms are in place for a user to question such a
"reported spam" flag?
- How does a user report a forum post as spam?
- Could a user have done this inadvertently?
- Was it a user that did this? if so who? or was it zoho staff that
reported this as spam?
6 Days is a ridiculous amount of time for a user to be blocked for
asking what I see as very legitimate questions. I note too that those
questions were also ignored by zoho support and wonder if the
reporting is related.
