In case you haven't heard about
CloudMagic, it's an email app which supports various email services including Zoho.
We have a lot of Zoho users who use CloudMagic. CloudMagic was able to sync all Zoho accounts with out any problems. But, we've noticed that syncing is stopped for all these users from yesterday.
After digging into this issue, we noticed that you guys are blocking IMAP connections from CloudMagic servers.
The following error is receiving from your IMAP servers while establishing the IMAP connection.
Your IP Address is blocked from further use. This is caused due to excessive usage. For further clarifications please contactsupport@zohomail.com*.
Can you please whitelist the given AWS IP range.
1) From 54.210.254.128 To 54.210.254.255
2) From 54.175.189.192 To 54.175.189.255
Is there something else we can do to fix this issue on priority?
