Zoho Vaultからのメールが届かない（復旧済み）

Zoho Vaultからのメールが届かない（復旧済み）

特に弊社側で設定変更等は行っていないのですが、10/28以降Vaultからの各種メール（承認依頼、自動承認、終了等の通知）が全く届かなくなりました。25日までは届いていました（26日,27日は週末のため利用がなく不明）。
そして、同じく特に設定変更等は何も行っていませんでしたが、31日よりまた届くようになりました。
これはクラウド側の問題と考えてよろしいでしょうか？
もしそうである場合、そういったトラブルの情報はどこを確認すれば分かりますでしょうか？それともどこにも告知はされないでしょうか？
