Zoho Vault Mobile app - Invalid Call

Zoho Vault Mobile app - Invalid Call

On logging into the Zoho Vault mobile app, I receive the "Invalid Call" error message.  I've entered the correct Id/password.  I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. 
 
What does this error mean and how to I get past it?
