Zoho VO 3.2 is coming soon with many new features

Zoho Virtual Office is coming up with its new version 3.2.

Zoho Virtual Office 3.2 is expected to get released in the mid of March 2006. This version of Zoho VO is coming up with some useful features that you must have longed for at some point of time. The features incorporated with Zoho VO 3.2 are:

LDAP Authentication
The Zoho VO LDAP authentication will provide you the Single Sign On (SSO) Authentication by making use of existing directory-based authentication. It also facilitate creation of users for Zoho VO from LDAP.

iCal Import
This helps you import all your scheduling meetings, events, vacations, etc. of iCal format from your calendar application into Zoho VO Calendar.

Mail Preview
Mail Preview lets you see your mail without opening it completely for a quick glance.

Creating Text Documents
This helps you create Text/HTML documents.

Document Versioning
This Document Versioning is a mechanism keeps track of all changes in content and allows any change to be 'rolled back' to any previous version. This also means that a deleted file can be recovered to its last saved state.

WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) Support
The WAP is a secure specification that allows Zoho VO users to access information instantly via handheld wireless devices such as mobile phones, pagers, two-way radios, smartphones and communicators.

Enable/Disable option for SSH
This option helps you restrict the use of SSH (Secure Shell) feature to any users you wish.

Themes
Themes is basically an appearance change by means of color
