Zoho Voice Call transcription option in zoho crm
We have integrated zoho voice with zoho crm but we are looking for a way to get a transcript or summary of the both incoming and outgoing calls , So that we can easily understand the context of the call without looking in to the whole recording of the call
Is this something which is possible , i have tried to enable the call transcription option in zoho crm but it showing error message that "We couldn't able to access the call recording, kindly do check with your telephony provider and enable necessary authentication."
