I have setup my account (advancedmgroup.com) successfully on webmail which is working fine.

I currently have two issues. 

1. The emails were hosted on Godaddy previously and so we have now shifted this to Zoho. There is no error messages when doing a send/receive, but our emails from the server do not download to outlook. We can see the emails on webmail, but when we check for it on Outlook, it is not there. Could it be that only some emails get downloaded when POP is enabled? Please help as this is limiting the features that we are normally used to on Outlook.

2. The emails were setup on iphone previously which was working well. We then proceeded to setup the emails on ipad and now the emails do not come on the iphone and only work on the ipad. What feature do i need to enable/disable for this to work correctly? 

Please come back to me asap in order to resolve the above two issues.
