I am a start up business and relying on a dependable email system at this critical stage. I choose ZOHO but have discovered I am getting some very important emails rejected and did not know about it until luckily one user informed me. This is not a good process by ZOHO.
Below is a response I received from the sender organisation when I ask them to investigate. I have xxx the actual email address.
