Can anyone tell me why my password stops logging in all the time? Is it a ploy to make you change your password? I have to use OTP all the time. I dont want to change passwords all the time. 

Over the last couple of years I've found myself using Zoho (as well as technology in general) less and less. There's always some glitch, some login issue, something doesn't tie together, something changes and throws out the system or there's a massive update and you have to relearn how to use it. IT has become the biggest cost to businesses and the biggest problem. As soon as I cut back, the problems reduced. All the companies try to block each other's service and then try to create hacks to override the other companies' blocks. 

IT companies need to go back to basics and say "can a 5yo use this first time?".
