Zoho Workdrive hogging CPU resources / not working like Google Drive FileStream

Zoho Workdrive hogging CPU resources / not working like Google Drive FileStream

Hello,

I recently migrated all our company files over the Zoho Workdrive. I have installed the Windows version of Truesync onto my Dell XPS 13. Since then, my CPU usage has been extremely high and when I check Task Manager I can see that Workdrive is the culprit, regularly hogging around 27% of the computer's resources despite not syncing any files.

Is this a known issue?

I also should add that I used to use Google Drive FileStream and it worked much better - I could easily drag and drop files into it. Now when I drag files into Zoho Workdrive, I cannot actually access or open that file until it has uploaded and it seems redownloaded. Is there a way around this as for large videos when I drag and drop from Downloads and then can't view the video from Workdrive it does seem a little clunky.
