Hi everyone,

I have a workflow in the CRM which :

- when a person complete a form (zoho form), a lead is created and a tag "Form Site Web" is added

- when a lead is created or edited,  if tag = Form Site Web, then

- send an email 

As you can see in the pictures, the tag is not detected and the email is not sent.

Have you any idea how to fix this issue ?
