Hi everyone,
I am using Zoho CRM Google Drive Extension to automatically create and link a google drive folder for each newly created record.
When I manually create a lead in Zoho CRM, the Google Drive Extension (which installed a workflow rule in Zoho CRM) automattically triggers the workflow rule and creates the folders.
When I create a record by filling my Zoho Forms, which is integrated with Zoho CRM, however, it does not trigger the Drive's extension workflow rule. I made sure to check the box ''Trigger workflow rules'' in Zoho Forms integration window.
Also, I can not edit the workflow rule created by Google Drive Extension.
Do you guys know how could I :
1- Get my Zoho Forms to trigger the Drive Extension's workflow rule, OR :
2- Other ways to have:
- A Google Drive Folder automatically created through new record creation
- Have that Google Drive Folder automatically linked to the Zoho CRM record so it can be accessed from Zoho CRM?
