I have been using Zoho writer for the past two years and on three occasions, including once yesterday, I have had the contents of a single Writer file disappear. The file remains but it now resembles a brand new, empty file. In each case, the contents lost included 20-30 pages of text. Why does this happen? Is there any way to retrieve the lost contents? Thank you.
