Zoho Writer - Cannot save updates to Mail Merge templates

Hi!

I have an urgent issue in that I can no longer update mail merge templates that we use for Quotes etc.

It says that it is autosaving but it isn't.  When I do a manual update to the template I get an error message.

I have tried creating new templates in Zoho Writer and get the same problem.  I have tried importing templates and still have the problem.

Any help would be really appreciated!
