We are using the zoho writer/editor and powerpoint on our website for integrated use of Word/Excel/Powerpoint, We use the 'collabedit' mode so that two users can write on a word document together.
But we ran into a problem where the syncing has stopped working, We haven't made any code changes recently to our implementation. But the word documents are not syncing anymore UNLESS the other party writes something.
It goes like this:
-Word document opened for both users.
-User 1 write something.
-User 2 does not see what user 1 writes.
-User 2 starts writing, then the document is synced and what user 1 wrote appears.
-User 1 does not see what user 2 wrote.
The follow error occurs on the web page when opening a word document, but I have not been able to figure out why or how to fix it.
