Zoho writer not working in /zoho business

When you click on doc write icon you get this

Server Error Occurred. Please try again later or please write to us at support@zohowriter.com

this happened last week...are there any settings that need to be configured.

Also the spreadsheet just gives a blank page.

This would be good apart from these criticalk apps in the zoho arsenal.

Hope they can be fixed soon
