When we enter a new sales order via the ZohoBooks API the new order is listed with a wrong 'Packed' status, the latter should only be set after a sub-sequent order fulfilment process. It is my understanding that your tech support is already working on a bugfix for this?
As a next step, when we click on the 'Confirmed' button for the new order, it then also wrongly shows a 'Shipment: Fulfilled' (aka Shipped) status. Again, this is wrong, the order confirmation has nothing to do with changing the 'Shipped' status, the latter is subject to a subsequent order fulfillment process!
Please let us know how soon you'll be able to fix these issues.
