Still finding my way around the Zoho site, and at one point, after finding an incomplete answer, in the Zoho Knowledge Base, to a question with regard to linking Zoho CRM to Google Apps, I found my way to "Submit A Request" but it wasn't clear if it had accepted my Request. I selected "My Requests" to confirm, but it returned that "You cannot track your requests since you're not a registered user of this zohocorp portal" despite the fact that I was/am Loged In to my account.
What's that about?
