Just starting with Pro version of ZohoCRM and wondering how best to attach documents to contacts without eating up the 256mb quickly and therefore having to increase cost with added storage. Any tips on this? I noticed under attachments in contact a link for zohodocs and google drive so thought maybe it just "links" to the file there and would not eat up more crm storage but it looks like attaches so it does take more space. I haven't setup email yet but assuming same issue with email attachments?
