I have two quirks I am trying to work out      

When I am in my ZohoCRM email and use "add-to" to create a "task" that task is not shown in my ZohoCRM or on ZohoCRM mobile. The task shows in the "task" area of Zoho Business. Why?

When I add a calendar appt in ZohoCRM mobile that appt does not show or sync with ZohoCRM calendar.  It shows on Zoho Calendar. Why? 

Why are task and calendar not sync'ed with CRM. This is a basic feature that when not working correctly causes lost information
