Our e-mail service is treating workflow alert emails from zohocrm as spam, and my IT person is requesting a range of ip addresses to allow them through. Have others dealt with this problem? Is IP address the way to bypass the Spam Confidence Level setting? (zohocrm.com mail is being set to 9) How do I get the IP address range from zoho? I'd probably want any that would apply to zoho reports as well.
Some users actually do seem to be getting the e-mails, but most are not.
