Hello

New to ZohoCRM, connected my Gsuite email, however in ZohoCRM tabs I cannot find anything like an "Inbox", so a place where it can act like a web-mail client, use that Inbox tab as main place to conduct email conversations, where similar Inbox can be found in Hubspot, Salesmate etc as "Inbox", so in this way, where will I see my incoming emails all together?

Tried to use Salesinbox but it does not work properly, not receiving all the emails, so where can I find the Inbox within the CRM (other than Salesinbox)?

Is there any guide/video that can show this inbox feature, or doesn't it exist at all?

For reference, I am attaching Salesmate's Inbox view.
