We are very unhappy about this hover business in edit mode of quotes module. Just show all you icon pictures by default so that we can click and edit what we need to. Why have icon display in hover mode during edit or create at all?

Infact you can have the edit icons in hover mode in display mode, then it would make sense.

Please make all edit icons display by default in create and edit mode,
