I have be reading many posts of last year that shows that ZohoCRM/mails are being marked as SPAM in hotmail. It seems nothing has changed. I tested 10 times from current/new accounts. I also added "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all" to my TXT records on register.com. Also this did not help.

It seems like ZOHO CRM/mail is not usefull and I am about to cancel the service forever. Not being able to send e-mail to HOTMAIL is not acceptable.
