We would like to run a report for the past fiscal year which counts how many activities were logged in the system.  We also want to know the number of unique users we had over that time period that keyed information to the application.

I know I can run a report listing out all activities, but it is limited to 2,000 items per page and I don't want to have to export each page one by one to get the totals (I anticipate there being approximately 75,000 activities logged).  I need to just have a count of the total, without the details.

Is there a quick way to get this information?
