I recently moved my business and 30 staff from Salesforce to ZohoCRM because I thought ZohoCRM looked like a good alternative to Salesforce at a more reasonable price.
It turns out the product is about 75% as good as Salesforce, which is perfectly acceptable for the price, however ZohoCRM support is not a touch on Salesforce.
Today is the 3rd day running that I was promised calls back and demos etc at a certain time which were not followed up.
This is really disappointing. I would like to see Zoho dominate the larger players but it wont happen like this.
If you are thinking of converting from Salesforce and expect the same level of support from Zoho then I suggest you think again!
