With Zoho Mail constantly adding new features and functions to your favorite client, your user experience is sure to be smooth and productive. And now, to make it more organized, protected and secure, we are excited to announce a new addition to our popular and powerful client-side capability. Introducing the ZohoMail Outlook Add-in.

The Add-in joins an already extensive client-side capability allowing users to go from a cluttered inbox to an inbox zen.

If you are a Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10 user, using Zoho Mail with Microsoft Outlook 2013, 2016 or above, via IMAP or ActiveSync for desktop,  you can install this add-in for enhanced security and unified user experience.

Know how:

1. Warnings on opening any suspicious emails that slip out either due to the low spam score or the nature of the email and ends up in your inbox.

2. Time-of-click Alerts appear at the bottom of a suspicious email. If there is an alert on your new mail, be cautious of a probable threat.

3. The add-in comes with Report Spam and Report Phishing buttons that work like a feedback loop for better spam control for you and your organization. Simply click and the suspected email will be in your spam folder.

4. The Zoho Mail Outlook add-in also includes a self-service feature Managing Senders, that helps you view and manage your list of Trusted/ Rejected and Allowed/ Blocked email addresses. You can further add or categorize email addresses in these lists.

Although Zoho Mail already has a spam catch rate of >99%, the ever-changing threat landscape creates the possibility, albeit remote, of advanced spam or phishing emails landing in your inbox. By reporting these unsolicited emails or senders, you can not only keep your environment safe but also help us in blocking such emails from entering your inbox in future.
