If this appears twice, sorry; I first posted it early this morning and don't see it yet so I'm reloading it.
I cannot send or receive mail to/from my Zohomail account using my Eudora Pro desktop mail client. Any suggestions on how to do so would be most appreciated!
Per Zohomail help, POP settings are incoming port 995 with SSL and outgoing port 465 w/SSL or 587 w/TLS, authentication required.
The attached PDF contains my current Eudora account settings. Name and email address data’s been removed
Both Generic Properties and Incoming Mail are also set for "If available STARTTLS" in the Secure Sockets drop-down list (choices are Never; If available, STARTTLS; Required, Alternate Port; Required, STARTTLS)
The “Last SSL Info” drop-downs confirm I’m using 995 inbound and 587 outbound.
When I send I get the message “550 Mail Account does not exist for <email address name>”.
When I receive I get the message “Could not connect to “pop.zoho.com” Cause: Permission denied (10013)”
Thoughts?
Tx!
