Zohoservice crashes under Windows2003

Zohoservice crashes under Windows2003

Hello,

I'm new to this fine product. I had it up and running under Windows XP2 and now installed it on my server under Windows2003.
The service keeps crashing and also the vbs script doesn't do the job.
I'm not that techical but i don't know if the installation of some Zoho Vo parts may conflict with other software like MySQL installed by the Xampp package.
Eitherway i've included the log files. Maybe you can help me out here because i got stucked with my poor knowledge of the used components in Zoho and Xampp.
