Zohoverify: Cannot receive or send mails

Zohoverify: Cannot receive or send mails

Dear Support,

I have a domain at a provider and web hosting at another provider. I moved my web hosting from one provider to another provider. I migrated the zohoverify folder also to new hosting service provider. 

I have not changed the mx records, i only redirected the name server to new hosting provider. 

Am i missing something?
