ZSC key employee's menu

Hello
I created my employee's account on Zoho CRM. In his role, I enabled CRM API> Zoho CRM API Access

When I log in to my employee account, in Settings> Developer Space> API, I do not have the top 3 menus: CRM / ZSC Key / PhoneBridge API

So I can not access the ZSC Key from my account to create a sync account in Zoho Camapign.

How to do ?
