Why don't you allow an invoication to be one word only?
Hello, I am trying to create my first action. I want to use it with a chat session. Many of our incoming chats start with a "Hi" or "Hello". Why can't I use it as an invocation? Thanks!
Zia - 'Connection' deletion dialogbox
Namaskaram Zoho SalesIQ team, Zoho Zia shows the dialog box while deleting Connections in Zoho Zia. In that, it shows the namespace of selected actions. Adding tasks via natural language
HI, Just an idea... Zoho has many applications that allow tasks to be added. It would be nice to add tasks via natural language. EG... "Email report every fri at 3pm" "Update clients on 2nd of every month" "Meeting with Penny thursday at 2pm" It would also be nice to have one place to view/add/edit tasks. Best regards Jon
Can you create a Skill that offers multiple answers without using Deluge?
Hi I would like to create a Zobot that asks things like "What sort of product are you asking about?" to which the possible answers would be "A", "B" or "C". I want to do this without using a Zoho system that does not use a coding/scripting language. That seems to rule out SalesIQ scripts, DialogFlow, Webhooks and Watson Assistant. It also rules out Zia Skills that rely on Deluge. When I try to create a Zia Skill without Deluge, it seems the only type of skill I can create lets me create one or more
