Is there any way to adjust the currency format in mail merge Zoho Sign documents? Right now it's "$ 1.00" instead of "$1.00" which sometimes causes the $ sign to get left on the previous line. What's the proper format to check if a field is null in a calculate field? (Basically I'm taking a Date Time field and making it a String with just the Date part for a mail merge, and I want that calculated field to be blank if the Data Time is blank) I can't quite figure out the If syntax for it as the documentation
Linking Contacts to Accounts
When creating a contact linking it to an account, it doesn't show in accounts as found, however it shows linked accounts. What am I missing to let Accounts show the Contact within the Accounts page?
Send Email Button - Customization?
Hello, I am wondering if there is anyway to automatically add a second and third email to the CC line when you click the 'Send Email' button on the contacts page. We have multiple email templates designed to send to clients who work with partners and assistants that need to be CC'ed on all correspondence. It is very time consuming to copy and paste each email into the CC line. Is this something that we would have to create a whole new button to execute? Or is there another way to ensure secondary
Standard Links & Attachments
I feel like I must be missing this, but we use a small handful of links and attachments (from Workdrive) in our sales process. So I'm often sending an email from with CRM and have to hit the attachment button and go find the file in Workdrive or manually copy and paste link. Is there a way to have these commonly used sales collateral pieces be somewhere easily accessible from within the email composition screen? I thought I remembered seeing something like this early on, but now I can't find it.

How do I set up auto-copy of a string from a quote to a subsequent invoice

My company uses a custom quote numbering scheme in the form <CompanyInitials><QuoteCreationDate><CustomerInitials><auto-incrementing number> I need to find a way to have that transfer over to the invoice when we close the sale. I can't create a new field in the invoice that recreates the formula that created the quote number, as the date portion would change, and I couldn't cross reference the invioce to the quote. Importing 25,000 Records with a 1,000 Batch Limit
I understand there is a 1,000 row limit for record import on the "free" pricing structure. I have approx 25k records and was curious if anyone could suggest an easy way to import them all? I would rather not manually cut up the csv 1,000 records/rows at a time, create 25 separate csv files as it could get messy and time consuming. Thanks in advance. Ramzy

Generating a report for each activity with a payment plan.
Our company would like to track each user's activities and have a report generated calculating the total amount owed for each task to the user. Meaning, we want to setup a bonus system that is calculated on each task the user has completed. For example, they called a lead, converted a lead to contacts, completed a stage in the deals, etc. All of these activities will have a certain payment plan, and should be presented in the end report. Is there a way to get this done in CRM Zoho? Thank you

Unable to connect PhoneBridge app to Grandstream UCM (asterisk)
I've followed the steps as instructed by grandstream's guide: http://www.grandstream.com/sites/default/files/Resources/ZOHO_CRM_Integration_Guide.pdf This works OK for inbound calls. So far we've confirmed it's making new contacts in ZCRM for inbound calls, but it isn't using the CallID, just the phone number. It's clunky, but we can live with it for now. What I can't get working is the OUTBOUND using the phonebridge app. I've set it up on a testing VM (my W10 workstation w/ linux subsystem enabled).

Hello, Is it possible to setup a rule of some sort to cleanse/format phone numbers to be in the same format? Our CRM uses Phone as the primary key. But leads imported from Facebook generally come imported with a "+1" prefix. I'd like to find a way to automatically delete the +1 on all incoming leads.

Converting an Opportunity into a Contract (2 different modules)
Hello, My company sells hardware and services (sometimes only new hardware, not necessarily associated with incremental service revenue). I would like to have a second module where I could manage my secured contracts for one existing account. The scenario: 1 - Opportunity is created in Zoho and after customer evaluation the deal is closed (opportunity won); 2 - Sales Manager move the opportunity to "closed as Won" and automatically the Zoho CRM create (or not for the cases it`s just a hardware sale)

Is it possible to set up a custom field in Zoho CRM Contacts that will sync to Outlook. Our Zoho CRM Contacts doesn't have a "company" field and it would be helpful to have that information transfer to the "company" field in Outlook. Mass Email limits
Hi there, As we all know the limit for mass emailing from CRM is 250 per day per user. Not a lot, but fair enough. Lets assume that i have used 235 of my daily limit of 250. I then "check" 50 of my contacts and send them a mass email. According to what i can see the following is then happening: - Zoho sends this email to 15 of the contacts (250 minus 235) but does not send the remaining emails. If that is correct it is a terrible solution, since there is no way (other than to check manually check)
CRM - Displaying Date Fields
In CRM, I have date format in my setting as DD/MM/YYYY. When I am editing a record, or even just a date field, it allows me to input the date in my chosen format. Once it is saved, it changes the format and displays it as D MMM, YYYY (e.g. 9 Apr, 2020) instead. Is there a way to change the display to my chosen date format? Also, is there a way to default all users to a specific date format?
Synchronize two related lists
Hello, I want to synchronize the products used by a contact with the related list on the company/customer module. So for example: Contact A is employed by a company/customer called "Random Company". Now contact A uses a product called "Sandwich Maker". When i go to the contact site and select this product in the related list from my product module, is there any way to show this product automatically in the related product list on my company site? Zoho CRM API - Vendors
I'm pulling vendors records from zoho via the API. I hope to use the Vendor Image for display. In the returned records, I can see a "Record_Image" for example: "Record_Image": "9674ea36c6c7084edef516e10c75deba0605bb82e103aa3350abc3ba4337a48fecccd38d31d39315ab1c8ce05b53f1429c01b7cef220d280c5a5ed9a32ef2f035d7a239b2d2845aa77182416a83d580a" My assumption is that this is a base64encoded image, but I can't get it to display. Search not working for certain users and certain terms
Some users have let me know that the search function is not working as expected, they get taken to a page that tells them that the 'Page cannot be accessed' and to contact the administrator. I did notice that the URL doesn't have the query string that usually gets appended when searching for something, but when they manually add something like `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search?=plants` to the URL, it redirects them to just `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search`, which provides them the 'Page cannot be
Laptop Performance Issue: Outlook Plug In with Outlook 2016
We recently upgraded to Outlook 2016. One of our users is reporting that the performance of his laptop is really "bogged down" when he's signed in to the plug-in. Assign tasks to user selected in a custom field
I would like to assign a task to a user selected in a custom field, when the deal stage changes. I think I could do it with a custom function (I don't have experience with custom functions). Is this possible? To be clear, there are two users related to each deal, record owner and Sales Support. I know how to assign a task to the record owner, but I would like to assign a task to the Sales Support user. Sales Support user is different for each deal, depending on other factors.

Having a problem with a critically important Workflow Rule suddenly not working - anyone else?
This seems like a bug in the CRM. Luckily a sales rep alerted us to it very quickly. Basically a workflow rule that was set up to trigger on creation of a client meeting (with no conditions) suddenly stopped working for the last 5 meetings created. We were able to reproduce this bug initially. Turning the workflow rule off and then back on fixed it, but it's extremely worrying that this happened in the first place!! Updating Company Contacts
Hello, Has anyone over come the limitation of not being able to send a primary contact a list of contacts associated with their company to update their permissions. We have some pretty big customers that want to have access to this area and we do not want to spend the money for the portal access to accounts.
