Zoho CRM PhoneBridge Asterisk 13
Hi there, I've set up PhoneBridge with asterisk 13 and Zoho CRM, and can successfully initiate a Click to Dial. However, the CRM does not 'see' when the call is answered and remains on a perpetual 'calling' state with a 'CANCEL' button available. The call is not logged, and there is no way to control the call from the CRM. On inbound calls to the user there is also no activity. Cannot seem to get feeds to work properly
We created auto-follow rules to notify several users when changes were made to a subset of Leads. This does not seem to be working. Specifically, we have an auto-follow rule to look at all leads from a specific source and followed by a specific Role. The users in that role are not seeing the changes in their feed. What are we doing wrong.
Zoho Finance - Invoice Module doesn't connect custom CRM modules
I'm trying to include information on my invoices but I cannot edit the Zoho Finances (Books) Invoice module. I can add fields but not lookup fields. I might be able to use the CRM Invoice module instead, then automate posting client and amount of the invoice to Books, but thats extra work. Is there a way to link the Zoho Finance Invoice module to custom modules?

No access for users after migration from US to EU dc on CRM
Hi all, I recently transferred our Zoho CRM from the US to EU data center by exporting everything and then re-importing all my events, leads etc. Everything works fine but my team mate is unable to access this new CRM while he has an EU account set up correctly. I de/re-activated his user but didn't help. Also deleted him from Zoho CRM and recreated a new one but it doesn't help. Can anybody provide me with an alternative? I'd rather not ask him to delete his account and create a new one! Thanks

Hi , We have configured a related list for the emails on contact detail page. We want to have a list view on contacts which lists all the contacts for whom our company has received email from end customer (contact) and our internal rep has not responded back yet. Basically the last email on the emails list is being sent by contact and they are awaiting a reply from us. I dont see any option of writing a workflow on emails which allows me to change a field on its parent contact indicating an email

Hi. I recently exported 526 records/leads into a csv file successfuly. However, I notice that when I go to my leads in the CRM desktop, they are not there! Also, I notice that those same exported leads that are not on my CRM desktop ARE in my CRM Phone app. I need them back in the online desktop site. How do I get them back? In Zoho CRM, data is categorized into groups or divisions based on similarity. Each division that has similar data is called a "module". Hello, I need to add events to my calendar automatically based on a custom field in my potentials which is a date. In our potentials there is a field for the "delivery date" and we need to automatically add this date to our calendar in google, so I guess the best way to do so is to create a workflow rule that triggers an event when the "delivery date" is not empty or modified. Transitions in Pipeline Not Working
Have been having issues with transitions in CRM. When I click to transition a deal to another stage, the system won't update the stage to reflect the transition. I'm thinking this may be linked to the pipeline not being linked? Any feedback would be helpful to look into. Thanks!
The crm homepage should be updated
For a potential customer, I rediect him to the crm.zoho.eu homepage to log in. He couldn't and found out the reason: For some reason this page look very old, and there is no way to login... even signin up doesn't work. (see the grey area). evem reloading multiple time of using Firefox, Brave or Safari gives the same result. Please also note at the bottom of the page, phone and fax number still have the placehold :-/ Please update the page, it give a very bad impression whan I have to make a demo.
