Lead's mail list - email sent from lead's record to a partner: how to track response
Hi, I have a business scenario: we have a lead which is taken care of by an external partner. In this case, we only send email to the Lead's associated Partner to ask for updates on the sales process. When we send the email from the Lead's record to our associated Partner, the email is recorded in the Leads' email list. The response from the Partner is not recorded in the Lead's email list however. What kind of workaround could you propose to capture the response? I have access to the new email

Importing Tasks and tie them to contacts
I can't tie tasks to contact or accounts (whereas I have a field contact and an account field in my task.csv file). We use Zoho One across our business and have our Sales Team using SalesInbox. What are the biggest known issues of things that aren't perfect so we can ensure we have a process in place to handle these known quirks? Delete Forecast
Zoho Team, I created a forecast for testing purposes and I realized it automatically sent an email to all my users without my knowledge, which brought up a lot of confusion. I don't want the forecast anymore. Is their a way to delete the forecast and all its elements? If this could be done without sending auto-generated emails, that would be great. Thanks, ARMGroup
Limit On Multi-Select look Up
I run a tour company that runs youth sports tours. We are effectively selling 'trips' (products) to families (accounts) which are comprised of parents (contacts) and athletes (custom object). There are some entity relationship dynamics that make setting up the custom object possible but I am running into limitations with multi-Select Look Ups that is limiting my ability to make these relationships. Workflow is passing wrong id
I have a workflow that is triggered when a new object is created in a custom module. That workflow fires of a custom function where I'm passing what is supposed to be the id of that object. Update Event Start and End when custom date field updated
I've added a custom function that creates an Event when a date is entered. I need to create another function that updates said Event when the date is changed. Hi- I'm completely new to Zoho CRM and Deluge, but not coding/scripting is JS and other web languages. I've created a subform in my Accounts module that allows users to enter any number of "key contacts" rows for an Account (e.g., to identify an individual as a "manufacturing contact", a "sales contact", "accounting contact", etc.) Each of these rows in the subform contains a Lookup field referencing a record in the Contacts module, and a pulldown, "contact_role" field with their designated role.

Creating alerts for when notes are made in various CRM modules.
We just realized that our sales team has been leaving notes in various CRM modules. These notes are often things like "couldn't contact customer", etc. Basically stuff we want to be informed of ASAP. When I am in a Zoho CRM contact record, I would like to be able to see a list of all Zoho Bug Tracker issues related to my active Zoho CRM contact record. Zoho Forms to CRM to Desk Integration
Hello, I've created a Form and integrated it to CRM. Now I want CRM to push it to Desk so I had synced both CRM and Desk. I was able to create a test enquiry in Forms and it successfully pushed through CRM. However, this test enquiry does not appear in Desk. I made sure that there is a two-way sync with CRM and Desk and selected all CRM related list. Can anyone help? Thank you.
