ZCRM and External Databases
Hi, We have setup CRM Analytics against Zoho CRM and also imported data from an onsite DB to a DB in Zoho Reports. From what I understand you cannot link DB's in a query so we will need to move data from one DB to another so we can link them. Could some one please confirm this is correct. Is there a way to automate this, either moving data from ZCRM DB to the Imported DB or vice versa? This link between DB's is a big limitation especially if you cannot automate moving data between DB's, I can see

I can't see anywhere t import data into this system. We would like to organise an automated (if possible) import and export to this system. Is it possible? thanks
Calculated fields not updating after data import
Hi, I have encountered an issue when using calculated columns in my table. When I import new data (delete records and replace with new data) the calculations are not updating. The only way to get the fields to refresh is to edit the formula and either add or remove a space in it. How can I get it to recalculate after the import without having to manually intervene? Thanks.

Newbie: needs help with EPOCH dates
Hi, I am extracting data from a mysql database and putting the data into a configured table on Zohoreports. All was working fine untill the company upgraded their database and now instead of a nice easy to read date format, I see an EPOCH. What do I need to do to make my report realise that the epoch is a date and can translate it? I tried just making it a date field but no joy :( Totally lost now. Any help would be appreciated

We are current zoho creator subscriber. 1) If we want more than just charts and pivot tables for reporting, is it suggested that we get a subscription of zoho reports? 2) Within our zoho reports area, is there a way all of the data is immediately available to zoho reports from our zoho creator app? Reports on POTENTIAL, where is the "QUANTITY" field?
Report for POTENTIALS have access to all fields but QUANTITY. By this, I mean the actual QUANTITY field on the LEAD. I am in the coffee business and that field is used for number of kilograms of coffee. JQuery Datatables - how to delete a newly added row?
I am looking at some legacy code where the user can add new rows to a datatables grid, click submit and they are saved on the database. When they are saved they are give a primary key each. However the bug occurs BEFORE the rows are saved. The user decides to delete one of the newly added rows, but when he clicks save the rows added after the deleted row are NOT saved. Chart colors of bar graphs keep resetting from custom colours
It's happened the last two days. The bar graphs in the charts that we have configured have reset twice over the last two days. We already spent a lot of time configuring them back to color codes we wanted, but after they reset again in the last 24 hours, I'm curious if this will continue. Is anyone else seeing this?
Error - Charts not loading

Where are the table settings
I set up a table with a URL feed to refresh every hour and send me an email on 1 failure. I need to change the failure number setting because our system goes down for a couple of hours at night but I cannot seem to find the settings for this. I don't want to have to recreate the table just to change this setting. Chart percent of total over time
Hi, I have a table with orders, containing the final order status (canceled, success, error, etc) and the order date. I want to create an area chart which displays the distribution of these statuses over time. FORMULA EDITION
My native language is portuguese (brazilian) and because of that, our Zoho CRM was configured user portuguese words, like "fechado ganho" instead of "closed won" at potentials stage. All of the reports and views that refers to the original words, had to be reconfigured. No problems with that. But, when I'm using Zoho Reports I do not find when I can edit formulas like "won potentials" and "won deals%". So all the reports related to these numbers does not work.

Compare Date Time to Today's Date
Hi, I an trying to get a query to work based on a table that contains records that are created each day. All I want is to count how many records and summarise by location for the current date, so I would have two columns, one with site and one with the record count for todays date. So far I have tried everything I can think of to get the date format to work and I get nothing. The date column is a Date / Time column and I want to compare to CurDate() Any ideas of the syntax? Is this code impossible with Zoho Query Tables?
