                  We are glad to announce that Zoho Assist has been added to Chrome Web Store. With Zoho Assist installed in your Chromebook, you can now view and control any desktop without installing any additional plugin or software. Zoho Assist is built with the latest HTML viewer technology, which enables it to be purely web based, easy to connect and hence it syncs smoothly with your cloud based Chromebook.                 • Users are experiencing a problem with the Unattended Access services in Zoho Assist

                  Some users are seeing a problem with connecting to Unattended Computers even though they are online. We are aware of the issue and are working on it urgently. The Remote Support services are up and accessible all across the globe, while we have an intermittent network issue with our primary Service Provider for Unattended Access. Due to this intermittent connection, some users may not be able to use the Unattended Access services. We have our tier 3 team and network team working with the Service
