Zoho Assist Installer wants proxy settings
When I try to install Assist at some customer sites, the installed asks for proxy settings where none is in use. If I close the dialog without entering anything, it throws this error message: "Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason : The request could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax." These computers all have a direct internet connection and don't use a proxy at all. There's no VPN in use either. Is there a way to tell this to the installer? Thanks.

No Sound?
New user of Zoho Assist. Just tapped into the other pc remotely and all works smoothly except no sound. There are no settings in Zoho to turn that on or off that i can find and both this pc and the other are not muted and working properly. Am I missing something? Thank you beforehand, wrswaim

How to right click when using assist app on iPhone

Enter key not working in Linux
I just started a few test sessions. My support computer is a linux machine using Firefox and Chromium. The test computers, the ones which share the screen, are Windows and Linux Machines. Reboot stuck in safemode
I just purchased Zoho Assist to see if this will work for my company. I decided to test it on the system next to me. Both systems "tech" and "client" are fully patched Windows 10 Home editions. The connection worked just fine, I was able to transfer a file and finally I tested reboot into safe mode to see how quickly it would reconnect.
