Zoho Books Auto-Charge - Automatically Charge Card/Bank Without Emailing Recurring Invoices To Contact
I have a quick question. I want to add the credit card/bank account numbers to a contact, and then create a recurring invoice set up for auto-charge. But I don't want to send them an invoice every month for their payment. I simply want a recurring invoice to be generated within Zoho Books (for my records) and their card/bank charged every month automatically. Can this be done with the auto-charge feature in Zoho Books? I created a recurring invoice and when I unchecked the "email to contact"
Discrepancies Zoho Books-Zoho Expense

Limited to 10 emails Books
We are only able to add 10 emails to the Organizational Profile within zoho BOOKS which is a problem because; We have found the zoho BOOKs integration with CRM has these issues: Users can not select a zoho BOOKS Estimate template Users can not select a zoho BOOKS Estimate email template. The default Estimate email template body of text contains all the HTML code making 'impossible' to review. so we tried to fallback on sending estimates from within BOOKS and could only get ten emails in the system
Sending Books Estimate from CRM
Hello, When the salesmen send a BOOKS Esitmate from the CRM side, the email editor pops up showing the BOOKS email template in HTML format with no editor bar. Our sales force does not know HTML... Changing from PayPal to Authorize.net
Hi! We just switched form PayPal to Authorize.net.....(adding one and deleting the other). When we send out an invoice, the link in the e-mail goes to the Zoho Books page, but there is no place to click to actually pay the invoice. Before with PayPal, there was a link they could click, and now it is just an online invoice looking at the customer, but no way to pay. Does it take some time for the authorize.net integration to get set up in Zoho Books to create an online payment link? Thanks!

It would be really helpful if tasks could be sorted alphabetically. I don't see a way to do this.
Voiding Invoice
Hello It is excellent that you can void an invoice for a customer if sent in error. However, there does not appear to be a way to print or email the voided invoice with a VOID stamp on it or shown in the upper left corner. We are left with a screen shot. When the pdf button is pressed it should contain VOID on the pdf so we can deliver to the customer for their records. Instead, it shows the original invoice amount and looks exactly like a valid invoice. Thoughts? Thank you Jeffrey Suffet

I was wondering if it was possible if so how to make the following changes to an invoice: 1. Place the City, State and Zip code on the same line 2. Bill to Item I want to leave it as the company name however not to repeat the name twice if I choose to not user the contacts name in the invoice? 3. 1099 matching expense accounts
Below is instruction on how to map the chart of accounts to the tax lines, however, I cannot see this option when the 'edit' mode is on in the account (ie. Office Supplies). How do we exclude certain accounts or map the account to the correct 1099 box (rents, misc. income etc.) without going into the report and excluding each transaction recorded? finding leads once imported
I have successfully imported all names and emails into leads, it says theres 417 successfully imported. When I click onto the lead tab it only gives me the two tabs, make a new lead or import. How do I find the rest of the imported leads? I was under the impression it would give me a full list of everyone imported when I clicked on the lead screen?

Hello, I have synchronised our contacts from crm to books, now I am doing the same for our products. However, with the map fielding it does not automatically sync the RATE with PRICE UNIT. the other fields did map, except the price. Now we are a bit stuck, since we cant make invoices... Thanks
payment collection fees
Hi, I use a direct debit collection service (GoCardless) which collects payments from my customers and pays into our bank account, minus a collection fee. Example: I invoice my customer for £100; I receive £98 in the bank, and GoCardless retains £2 fee. What's the best way to set this up in Zoho? When I record a payment against an invoice, there's a field for bank charges, but not for processing fees. I can record a payment of £100 and then record an expense of £2, but is there a more direct way

Hi We are currently setting up our zoho solution. So far we have zoho CRM, Zoho books and Zoho inventory. Can't include Custom Contact data in Ship To address on Vendor Purchase Orders
I'm hopeful someone can help us with an issue on Purchase Orders. To start with we are a reseller of goods and we must provide vendors with end user data (Contacts) on every purchase order. My Visa Debit Account is my main account and is linked to my EFTPOS machine meaning that all my transaction including direct deposits from clients. Bank Feeds
Ok so I add my Bank Feed and I mainly use a Visa Debit Card as the main Business Account but when adding the feed From Bendigo Bank I have to Select Credit Card to Bring up the correct feed .. what this does is add that feed to a Liability Account instead of a Bank Account and yet all my EFTPOS deposits and Direct Payments go into that account. So that when I now try to apply a payment to an invoice I cannot select the correct Bank Account because Zoho sees it as a Credit Card (Liability Account).
Expense details text-box formatting
For some reason the text box on expense details disregards new lines (Enter key) and just mashes all of the text together once saved. We have a lot of details with certain expenses and we need the formatting to stay intact as entered by the user. This problem is not present on the bank transaction details window (as you can see from my attachments). I assume the correction for this "Bug/Mistake" is very simple as it is only a text box.

Sales Order Template Don't Show Fields
I am trying to create a Sales Order Template with very little information. In the Header section I have turned off the labels for Shipment Date, Due Date, Sales Person. When I use the template on a Sales Order where there is data in these fields, the data shows, but the label does not. Is there a way to not have either the data or the label show?
